2022 Miss California Scholar Application

We are now selecting candidates to participate in this year’s Miss California Scholar Competition, the official state preliminaries to the NEW Miss American Scholar Competition.

You could be among these candidates! If you are single (never married/never given birth to a child), a United States citizen or Legal Resident, a resident of California, and between the ages of 4 and 28, we invite you to APPLY TODAY! Our program is designed to be an excellent vehicle for advancing your career and personal goals. As a candidate, you will be scored in phase categories and will participate in two exciting stage shows. Presenting in a Bathing Suit is not a Requirement, Performing talent is Optional. Our judges will include experienced professionals from Businesses, Non-Profits, and Educational Institutions.

To become a candidate in this year’s event, you need to follow these directions carefully: Complete the application form on this page. Submit your official head-shot, Resume, Respond to an Essay Question. Once completed, simply click the “Submit Application” button to submit your application. Once we have received your photo and information, the selection committee will review them and will consider you as a potential candidate. You will be notified if selected.
